We're hiring a mental health counsellor!

- Master’s Degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or CCC in good standing
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Availability for daytime and/or evening/weekend work (various weekdays/evenings/ and weekends are available - to be discussed further)
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical counselling experience
- Hybrid model - offering both in-person and virtual counselling
- Part time with the opportunity to gain more hours and move to full time, if desired
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Willingness to collaborate and meet with director for consultation and supervision
- Experience in areas such as Anxiety, Depression, Perfectionism, Life Transitions, Trauma
- Special interest in OCD (trained in EXRP or in training) is a strong asset
- Special trainings is an asset (CBT, ACT, EXRP, EFT, Couples Therapy, IFS, EMDR, other)

- Per session compensation based on experience, competitive split ($90-$100)
- Jane App for scheduling, documentation and appointment reminders
- Microsoft 365 Software
- Weekday reception from 8 am to 5 pm for client check-ins
- Printing, scanning, WiFi, and a business email address
- Client Referral and Marketing: Benefit from a steady stream of client referrals to build and sustain your client base
- Beautifully furnished office space with large windows and natural light
- Conveniently located in the center of Vancouver at Broadway + Oak
- Collaboration, supervision, and support from the director
- Group supervision
- Coffee & Tea plus a shared kitchen
