Rachelle Sayers

Hello, I’m Rachelle! I work with individuals navigating times of change and uncertainty—whether that’s grief, burnout, identity shifts, relationship challenges, or a general sense of feeling stuck or out of place. You might not have the exact words for what’s going on, and that’s okay. Whether you’re beginning to explore what’s coming up or have been sitting with it for a while, I’m here to support you.

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I bring curiosity, care, and a bit of humour into our work as we make sense of your experiences together. Whether you need space to reflect or more structure to steady you, we’ll find a pace and rhythm that feels right for you.

I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and relational and strength-based approaches, all through a socially conscious, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming lens. I often work with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ folks, including those with ADHD, as well as people who are reconnecting with themselves, questioning social norms, and seeking more ease and authenticity in their lives.

Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s feeling off, and what meaningful change looks like to you—and take steps toward getting you where you want to go.
